Smarty truncate截取utf-8格式中文
本文要实现直接用smarty的内置函数来截取utf-8和gb2312格式的中文字串.
1.首先进入到smarty包下的plugins,复制一份modifier.truncate.php,并重命名为modifier.truncate_cn.php,把其中的smarty_modifier_truncate函数替换为下面代码

第一个为截取的字符长度，第二个为后缀字符

错误：(secure mode) modifier truncate_cn is not allowed
这主要是你启用了smarty的$security功能
解决方法：
给smarty配置文件中加入允许使用的函数
$smarty->security_settings['MODIFIER_FUNCS'] = array('truncate_cn');
