1993年3月在Seminole First Baptist Church開始“華人團契”的主日敬拜，到2000年1月“華人團契”獨立為教會，取名為“天柏灣華人浸信會”並搬入 First Baptist Church of St..Petersburg 借用其教會設施。2008年7月完成建堂並搬入使用至今。
