Kelowna General Hospital (KGH) is a large medical facility located in Kelowna, British Columbia and offers medical care in the Central Okanagan. In British Columbia, Kelowna General is the only hospital outside the Lower Mainland or Vancouver Island that performs angioplasty or cardiac surgery.[2] It is one of the largest hospitals in Western Canada with more than 700 beds.
